Night in the Forest

Twilight is a time of transition and magic. On this nighttime exploration through the fields and forests of our forest farm, we’ll begin around the campfire and watch the evening star appear at dusk. Heading into the forest, we'll keep our eyes and ears open for fireflies, glowworms, flying squirrels, screech owls and many other creatures. Human cultures have long directed their gaze towards the heavens, and as darkness falls, we’ll also talk about the importance of the stars & the moon for people across the globe.

This family-friendly event will be on our flattest & smoothest trails. We will go at a slow pace and will not use artificial light (though we'll have flashlights on hand, just in case). Please wear sturdy, protective footwear and bring a jacket, as the temperature drops at night.

Advance registration for this event is required, and space is limited to 20 participants.
