Wild Hudson Valley
Eco Camp
An immersive nature adventure...
Wild Hudson Valley invites you to experience the natural history and breathtaking beauty of the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains. Our eco camp offers engaging weekend programming, spacious furnished tents, an interpretive nature center, and scenic trails that meander through fields, forests, and streams. This is the campsite of your dreams, with beds, rustic enamel tableware, and a bathhouse with private bathrooms and cedar-lined showers.

Activities
Wild Hudson Valley is much more than a campground. We are a nature camp for all ages, inspiring learning and building connection through shared experiences in the outdoors, history, and wild foods. And with only four campsites on the entire property, our guests are guaranteed a personalized experience. See our Camp Schedule for each weekend's activities.
With winding trails along the Catskill Creek and Jan de Bakker's Kill, our campers will find no shortage of spots to fish, picnic, and explore meadows, woods and water. For those wishing to relax in a beautiful setting, you can dip your toes in the sunny Catskill Creek, sway in a hammock under the shade of an ancient sycamore, and enjoy the glittering of fireflies over the meadow at night. Visit our interpretive center to browse displays on local ecology and indigenous history or borrow a book to read or game to play with your fellow campers.

FAQ
Can I bring my dog (or other pet)?
For the longevity of our tents and the benefit of fellow campers and wildlife, we (sadly) can not allow dogs or other pets in the campground.
What are your rates?
Our campsites start at $235 per night with a 2-night minimum. Four guests are included in each reservation: each of our canvas tents sleeps four people. Larger families/groups may bring and set up additional tents at their campsite to accommodate a maximum of ten people per site. Since additional guests enjoy our programming and campground amenities but are not provided bedding or other accommodations, extra guests are only $40/person per night.
Can I book all four sites for a private event?
Certainly! We love hosting retreats, reunions, and other private events. On days when we don't have camping guests, we can also rent out the property for a photo or video shoot. Be sure to contact us early to ensure availability. Give us a call at 518-469-1258 or email at whv@wildhudsonvalley.com to get in touch!
