Night in the Forest

Join us for a nighttime exploration through the fields and forests of our forest farm. Twilight is a time of transition and magic; we’ll watch the evening star appear at dusk, see fireflies rise out of the meadow to night up the night sky, and keep our eyes and ears open for owls, frogs and nocturnal insects! Human cultures have long directed their gaze towards the heavens, and as darkness falls, we’ll talk about importance of the stars & the moon for Northeastern native peoples.

This family-friendly event will be on our flattest & smoothest trails and we will go at a slow pace, and we do not plan on using artificial light! Please wear sturdy, protective footwear and bring a jacket, as the temperature drops at night.

Advance registration for this event is required, and space is limited. However, admission for this event is included in an Eco Camp reservation!
