Join us for a mushroom walk! John Michelotti of Catskill Fungi will guide us as we explore the wide world of fungi, from wild mushroom identification to mushroom cultivation. We'll also tour an outdoor mushroom growing "laying yard" and learn about (and taste!) medicinal mushrooms.

About the Event
Join us for a mushroom walk at Wild Hudson Valley Forest Farm & Eco Camp. John Michelotti of Catskill Fungi will guide us as we explore the wide world of fungi, from wild mushroom identification to mushroom cultivation. We'll tour an outdoor mushroom growing "laying yard" and learn about (and taste!) medicinal mushrooms, including chaga, a common mushroom found in the forest that can support the immune system against many ailments.
Advance registration for this event is required, and space is limited. Note that admission for this event and for Saturday's Springtime Medicines walk is included in a weekend Eco Camp reservation.
