Moonlit Farm Walk

In the Hudson River native thought-world, twilight is a time of transition and magic. Join us for a moonlit walk through the fields and forests on the farm. We'll look out at the moon, stars, and fireflies and keep our eyes and ears open for various owl species, frogs and nocturnal insects! Only a few days before the full moon, the night sky will light our way. This family-friendly event will be on our widest & smoothest trails and we will go at a slow pace, so there is no need for artificial light! (Though we will have flashlights on hand, just in case).

Proper protective footwear is a must.

Check-in by 8:30 PM at the parking area near the greenhouse at Abandoned Airport Rd, Cairo NY 12413. Abandoned Airport Rd is our gravel driveway, and sometimes the GPS doesn't recognize it. If that is the case, then navigate to 501 Bross Street and look for our gravel driveway on the left hand side).
