About the Event

For this special workshop, we will be teaching about the odoriferous ramp/wild leek (Allium tricoccum): the plant's lifecycle, best harvesting practices, and how to plant and grow it. After a hands-on planting demo and some ramp-based snacks, participants will return home with ramp bulbs of their own for transplanting! Bring comfortable clothes and shoes for walking, as this workshop will take place entirely in the woods.

Advance registration for this event is required. Please do not attend if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to someone with COVID.
