How to Take a Leek: A Ramp Stewardship Workshop

For this special workshop, we will be teaching about the odoriferous ramp/wild leek (Allium tricoccum): the plant's lifecycle, best harvesting practices, and how to plant and grow it. After a hands-on planting demo, participants will return home with ramp bulbs of their own for transplanting! Bring comfortable clothes and shoes for walking, as this workshop will take place entirely in the woods.
