Come learn about different types of forest farming on a tour of Wild Hudson Valley's woods-cultivated forest gardens, mushroom laying yard, and demonstration wild-simulated ginseng planting. Along the way, we'll identify wild edible plant and mushroom species that owners Anna and Justin steward.

About the Event
Join us for a tour of our forest farm! We'll learn about different types of forest farming as we walk through the woods to see our mushroom laying yard, woods-cultivated forest botanicals, and demonstration wild-simulated ginseng planting. Along the way, we'll identify and discuss the different wild edible and medicinal plant and mushroom species that owners Anna and Justin steward and forage as part of their diversified forest farming operation.
Advance registration for this event is required, and space is limited to 20 participants.
